I like the composition, especially lighting. Let's focus little more on the value. Without loosing overall value that you have, try to add extra values on Queen and Alice. If you squint, and look at the painting, Queen and Alice are little lost in the middle value. Let's bring them out little more. Alice being first read and then Queen. You will add atmosphere and lighting effect after. I like your try on different lighting on the guards. Let's go over color on Sat again. FIcus on bw for now and work more on the forest shot below. You want to separate the right side mountain and the hiils where the houses are located. Also play with the tree branches on top. Try to organize it using size difference and the value difference to bring more depth.
